How it works
A phone app for sending crypto with no internet. You sign a transaction, the app splits it into small pieces, and they pass from phone to phone over Bluetooth Low Energy.
When the pieces reach a phone that has internet, it rebuilds the transaction and sends it to the chain. NoNet works with Ethereum, Flow and Hedera, and EIP-3009 lets relays pay the gas for the user.
The idea is payments that keep working in outages, under censorship and in remote areas.
